Pav Bhaji Masala is a blend of Indian spices to make delicious Mumbai style pav bhaji at home. Here is recipe of making it, In a large tava or a pan heat butter or oil then add onion and sauté until translucent. Now add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic past, Salt, and sauté until they are soft. Add cut fresh tomato and capsicum continue cooking for more 6-8 minutes. Now add Kashmiri chilli powder, butter and DOUBLE HATHI PAV BHAJI MASALA and sauté for a min. Now add boiled & mashed vegetable and continue cooking for another 2-3 mins. Now your delicious pav bhaji is ready and serve hot pav bhaji with roasted pav, Onion and fresh tomato.
