Meat masala is a mixture of spices used for making delicious non-veg cuisines, typically in meat, especially mutton. DOUBLE HATHI MEAT MASLA made with selected whole Indian spices and can be used as rubbed onto pieces of meat as a dry powder or combined with oil to make a paste that more easily coats the meat. Once coated, the meat should be left to marinate for at least 45 minutes before cooking. Meat masala also used for gravies or semi dry dishes or even for fries.
