Process of making chilli powder is first naturally dry the whole red chilli in sun light for 3 to 4 hours and then grind it in pulverizer by way of cool technology to maintain its natural properties intect. After grinding chilli in 3 state we used edible oil for mix in to chilli powder make to more aromatic. Chilli powder is largly used in all indian kitchens. Doublehathi chilli powder is made with “KATHIYAWADI HOT CHILLI” which called RESHAMPATTO chilli and is very authentic in taste and also be stores up to whole year. Kathiyawad is a sub region in Gujarat India which is south west part of gujarat. Kathiyawadi masalas are very authentic in taste and most common factor is that kathiyawadi chilli powder can be stored up to 12 months.
